IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE SUNDAY 20.8 RYANAIR FLIGHT

ATTENTION! OUR SUNDAY BUS SERVICE IS CANCELLED!

We have finally had a response from RyanAir head of operations to our request that they relax their strict checkin policy for this event. Their answer (after months of trying): "Absolutely not". They will NOT accept check in after 16.20 on Sunday.

As we view that it is nearly impossible to see the end of the motoGP (ending about 1500) and then get through the traffic to make this flight on time, we cannot run a bus. We do NOT recommend this flight to our customers (in fact we do not recommend RyanAir at all -- click here to see why)

If you are booked on this flight, we urge you book a taxi from Zebetin and watch the GP from T6 or thereabouts. You can ask our HELP Desk to book you a car.

ARE YOU FLYING OUT ON SUNDAY 20.8?

The Sunday flight still leaves at 17.00 (we have asked RyanAir to alter this flight but no joy)

We are running a special 'express bus' direct from the circuit to catch this flight. While we cannot guarantee we will make the flight, we have organised this to give us the maximum chance.

The bus leaves 15.40 SHARP from Parking lot PZ (Úeb“t’n) This is a 3km walk from the paddock, you can also catch the track shuttle there (depending on traffic it is probably faster to walk - which is why we depart from here rather than closer to track) See track map below or download

The cost of this bus is a EUR 20 / 550 Kc per person. You cannot book it in advance, cash on the spot. Highly unlikely to be full, but it is first come first served.

pole position travel IF YOU ARE ARRIVING ON RYAN AIR ON THURSDAY 17.8 OR FRIDAY 18.8:

We are running a special bus service from the airport to our city centre hotels.

This bus departs from the airport following the flight arrival. Look for the guide holding the POLE POSIITON TRAVEL sign.

The bus goes to all our hotels on demand EXCEPT Gregor. The stops are approximately:

Mendlovo namesti (Starobrno brewery, our help desk and close to the Friday party)

Hotel Grand (alight for train station, and city centre)

Hotel Maximus (alight for Campsite Radka)

Please tell the guide which hotel you require on boarding. If you are not staying at any of these hotels, please refer to our orientation map to decide which is closest to you.

The cost is a flat 10 EUR / 280 CZK per person; pay the guide. This is a PRIVATE service available as a courtesy only to our customers and their guests. Space is limited, first come first served.
