Getting to Brno

RyanAir flies direct to Brno from London Stansted. Czech Airlines flies Prague-Brno and can be added to any Czech Airlies flight to Prague.

If you fly to PRAGUE, Brno is about 200km away. There are good train and bus connections (see vlak.cz). We can also book you a bus ticket from the airport to Brno or organise a car/van and driver.

You can of course hire a car or van, and we are agents for the only motorcycle rental in Prague (contact us for this one)

You can also fly to Vienna (about 120 km) or Bratislava. Check out EasyJet and Jet2 for for cheap flights to Prague (they fly from Edinburgh, yeah!), Smartwings (the Czech cheap airline) from a number of destinations and SkyEurope (Slovakian cheap airline, esp. good if you are flying to Bratislava)

Prague

If you are coming all the way to the Czech Republic, why not spend a night or two in Prague?

We live here so we know the city intimately. Getting around Brno

Brno has a good public transport system, utilising trams and buses. Your main destination is Mendlovo Namesti (above) and many trams go there. You purchase a tram ticket from any tobacconist ("Tabak"), trams are an honour system, you MUST validate the ticket when you board the tram.

We run a bus service to and from the track on all our accommodation packages on the Saturday and Sunday. However if you miss the bus, are not with us or just simply want to make your own way, there are two good options:

• Taxi to the circuit will set you back about 25-30 EUR. Call (+420) 542 321 321
• A free public bus number 400 runs from Mendlovo namesti frequently throughout the day. See schedule. To get to Mendlovo nam. is about 7 mins, most trams go there from train station

At the circuit there is a free shuttle bus taking you from the main parking areas to stops near T6, T1 and T2. Parking is 100KŹ

Hotel Orientation

We have a lot of hotels in Brno, including some for speciality bookings not listed on this map! Since all our packages come with transport you don't really need to worry too much about where you are located. Unless specially requested, we will allocate hotels near the event, this means we can get the right 'mix' of people in each hotel. All hotels have reasonably secure motorcycle parking.
